ARS HVAC Installation Helper - Aurora, CO in Aurora, Colorado

ARS/Rescue Rooter is the nation's largest plumbing, heating and air conditioning service provider in the country and we are looking for a HVAC Installation Helper to join our team. This position assists an HVAC Installer with completing the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. Responsibilities

  • Assembles equipment and materials needed to begin and complete work projects

  • Assists in the installation of HVAC systems

  • Furnishes tools, materials and supplies to other workers

  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment

  • Must be able to lift more than 75 lbs.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • One year of HVAC service training or completion of an approved training program preferred

  • EPA certification and an advanced knowledge of electrical and gas diagnostics and air flow a plus

  • Working knowledge of national codes and best practices

  • Works well under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in the customer's home

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication skills
