provides Operations and Maintenance support for the Intelligence Community
Raytheon Technologies is currently seeking an Intelligence Analyst II to support Mission Protection (MP) as a Training Specialist.
The MP Training Specialist c
onducts basic training, mission-specific training and sustainment training for the Customer supporting specialized customer requirements. D
evelops lesson plans, generates training aids and administers courseware.
Plans and coordinates course schedules and daily learning activities with fellow instructors, training providers and other stakeholders.
Conducts academic lecture, leads guided discussion, demonstrates Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) and provides hands-on instruction, coaching and mentoring.
Designs, orchestrates and administers practical exercises and Field Training Exercises to reinforce student knowledge, refine student skill and develop student operational judgment.
Requires experience performing training support functions for operations personnel/teams.
Requires experience using multiple software applications simultaneously in an operating environment.
Must be willing to work odd hours to support the operational team when required. This include some possible shifts, rotating through days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requires US Citizenship.
Requires an active/current TS/SCI SSBI Security Clearance and the ability to satisfy and maintain requirements for a TS/SCI SSBI security clearance.
Requires active/current CI Polygraph.
Excellent organizational skills; able to frame requirements, set priorities, develop practical methods and align resources to meet training goals.
Prior instructor experience (classroom lecture, guided discussion, hands-on coaching and mentoring, formal assessments and evaluations, individualized remediation).
Prior experience in technical operations, either directly or in partnership with servicing offices and groups.
Well-versed in IC, Counterintelligence, and Operations Security principles and methodologies.
Experience working in direct support of customers with direct and frequent customer interaction
Typically prior military experience is helpful
Requires a bachelor’s degree in an applicable or technical subject plus 2 years of related work experience or 10 years of work experience in place of a degree
