Job Description

Plumbing Service Technicians performs tasking to provide general plumbing/drain cleaning services. This position handles service calls to customers in their homes or businesses by selling fixtures, service agreements, and any other service/product deemed necessary to complete/prevent additional damage. Utilizes customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing service, products and finance options

Job Duties

  • Understand and follow company policies and procedures

  • Always maintain a safe work environment

  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers

  • Arrive on time for work each day

  • Be thorough in inspections, and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs

  • Diagnose, service and repair any plumbing and drain cleaning

  • Perform quality work that meets current code requirements, manufacture’s requirements or company standards

  • Participate in all tech meeting and company meetings

  • Turn in and complete all required paperwork by company policy standards

  • Operate company vehicle in a safe and professional manner

  • Commute from address to address in a time efficient manner

  • Adhere to instructions from supervisors and managers


  • Valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass pre-employment MVR, criminal background check and have acceptable driving record

  • Must be able to complete a pre-employment physical

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Active Colorado Plumbing license

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Outgoing, professional, clean cut, aggressive and drug-free
