Help/Systems, LLC Customer Operations Specialist in Boulder, Colorado

RELAXED WORK ENVIRONMENT, DEDICATED TEAM, and GROWING COMPANYCustomer Operations SpecialistWhat You'll Do:The Customer Operations Specialist will manage customer relationships andfacilitate customer requests, particularly as it relates to maintenancerenewals, account updates, and licensing changes. The Customer OperationsSpecialists are driven by the following competencies: Customer Service,Data Integrity, Detail Orientation and Quality.KEY DUTIES* Provide service to customers via telephone and email regardingcustomer account updates and questions.* Support customers with any requests related to licensing changes,renewal of maintenance, and invoicing.* Update and maintain correct account information such as billingdetails, contact information, and any special agreements.* Ensure customer licensing and pricing is correct in the CRMdatabase.* Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product licensing, salespolicies, and procedures.* Review submitted orders for accuracy and process orders within CRM.* Follow-up with customers on outstanding invoices to collect overduepayments.* Contact customers for 30 Day Follow-up calls after sales, as wellas routine follow-up to provide customer service, identify opportunities foradditional products or services, ensure overall customer satisfaction, andupdate CRM with information as appropriate.* Handle any requests to cancel renewal maintenance and identifyopportunities to save the renewal maintenance whenever possible.* Assist Regional Sales Managers with new software quote creation aswell as management of customer relationships while acting as the primary pointof contact for customer requests.* Help with export license requests when necessary.* Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS* Minimum one-year customer service experience or equivalent educationand experience* Minimum of one-year experience in Microsoft Word and Excel required.* Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks* Detail oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, and reliable* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Quick learner* Pleasant disposition with a customer service focus* Ability to work with minimal supervision* Experience with CRM systems* Keyboarding of 80% per day.* Primarily phone and computer workHelpSystems is passionate about making life easier for modern organizationsand improving the lives of our customers.
