Oracle Lead Senior Principal Consultant in Boulder, Colorado
An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

The OHI senior/principal consultant has a primary responsibility of leading or participating as part of a global team in implementing the Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) applications for our customers.
The consultant’s primary focus is to support requirements gathering and lead the solution design through analysis of customer requirements, functional design and implementation of OHI functionality and technical implementation aspects of a customer engagement. This is completed ensuring high quality solutions are delivered within the constraints of time and budget.
Business analysis and solution design skills will ensure our OHI product solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and through sound business acumen.
Prior OHI experience (functional and/or technical) is an advantage. The ability to travel is a requirement, to be with our customers onsite during the implementation project is essential and can be aligned / agreed upon for the duration of the project period. Our projects can be anywhere worldwide, this requisition is in first instance for our extending market in the United States.
Preferred Requirements:
Min. 7 years of work experience, in the US Health Insurance domain, in a business analysis, consulting or business support role capacity. Experience implementing Medicare and/or Medicaid is preferred but not required.

Functional / Technical skill requirements:
Experience and familiarity with Installation, configuration and operation of enterprise grade business systems

Technical / logical affinity to be able to use tools for implementing business logic
Knowledge of claims payment applications, including policy, claims, accounts payable, accounts receivable
