This will be a second shift position Monday-Friday.Responsibilities and duties include:* Responsible for performing a variety of technical support duties in one ormore manufacturing areas.* Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair ofmanufacturing process equipment, utility systems, and site support equipment.* Technical support of one or more production processes, product tests andtroubleshooting, and technical analyses and problem-solving.* Documentation of all activities performed.* Areas of equipment focus may include manufacturing process equipment(Synthesizers, Liquid Chromatography Purification, Ultra-Filtration,Lyophilization), controlled temperature units, stability chambers,process utilities (Bulk Material Storage, Compressed Gases, WaterPurification, Electrical Distribution, HVAC), and waste collection andtreatmen* Troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems (SCADA, PLC's,VFD's, Motors, Pumps, Valves, Instrumentation, Low Voltage Controls).* May require use of Building Automation System and Distributed ProcessControl System.* Supports multi-discipline manufacturing processes with respect to therepair, maintenance, installation and/or enhancement of a select groupof machinery and equipment or interrelated systems.* 5+ years of relevant experiencePreferred:* Manufacturing equipment maintenance experience in a regulated industry(GMP)* Experience working around hazardous chemicalsAgilent Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity andAffirmative Action employer.
