About the jobAbout the job:Our Procurement team finds strategic approaches to procuring key resources forDanone like milk, water and plastic. As a part of this team, you will workwith colleagues to find suppliers and resources that fit with our businessgoals, promote a circular economy and support Danone's One Planet, OneHealth vision.As part of the North American Procurement team, you will be responsible forsupporting the processes, tools, and data required to maintain the procureto pay process.You will focus on supporting suppliers, buyers, planners,and key plant operations members to ensure the flow of local procurementoperation by maintaining accurate supplier data across multiple systems.Youwill also contribute to tool deployments and continuous improvement processes.The base compensation range for this position is $62,000-$75,000.Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has astrong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PrescriptionDrug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, TuitionReimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among otherAbout youAbout you:You will:* Coordinate closely with Category Buyers to maintain accurate pricing andpayment terms within various systems* Communicate pricing updates to Category Managers and Suppliers* Support the business with pricing and data analysis and reporting,including KPIs* Coordinate and support new material, new technical contract creation andnew vendor setups* Identify and communicate on process improvement areas and ideas to treamlineProcure to Pay Process* Escalate issues in process, tools and data and propose solutions* Resolve invoicing discrepancies* Assist project teams with Technical Contract creation and provide hyper careto new SuppliersEducation and Experience (Requirements):You will have:* Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering with a focus on Operations,Information and/or Systems Management* 0-3 years of work experience requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:You will:* Possess experience using SAP* Skilled in engaging internal and external stakeholders* Demonstrates an operational mindset* Ease in data manipulation and reporting* Customer-centric and solutions-oriented* Open minded and agile in problem solving* Collaborative in spirit and people-focusedAbout usAbout us:At Danone North America, you'll work with some of the best-known food andbeverage brands in the world like Activia, Silk, Horizon Organic, TwoGood, Oikos, evian, and Happy Family.
