We are a rapidly expanding global business, currently seeking an entry level Implementation & Data Specialist to join our Implementation Team with the overall responsibility of assisting with completing the setup, implementation and in-house training of our suite of products, which will support the overall success of the business.

The role:

As the Implementation & Data Specialist, you will optimize the implementation process by following and improving upon implementation procedures, including thorough documentation of customer workflows, utilization of our CRM (Salesforce) through the process to ensure communication is documented, engaging with customers to consult and ensure implementations are strategically planned and documented based on customer needs, providing onsite and online training on our simPRO suite of products as they align with customer needs, and conducting post-implementations reviews to ensure system optimization and customer satisfaction.

Essential responsibilities and duties:

  • Gain and build upon core simPRO software knowledge in order to best address implementation process needs

  • Work on multiple data migration implementation projects simultaneously

  • Collect all necessary data from customers to accurately complete the setup and implementation of the account

  • Import existing customer data into builds and develop configurations that support business processes

  • Engage and consult with customers in order to understand their business processes to meet training needs

  • Provide guidance and support to customers on business process improvement and best practices during implementation in order to ensure high success and client adoption of the software

  • Assist with project management of implementations to ensure both timely delivery and that all phases and tasks meet client requirements

  • Exchange routine information with members of setup, implementation, and customer support teams, including priorities, timeliness and issues as they arise

  • Provide onsite, face-to-face, group & online training to various levels of a business to suit differing job roles

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure system optimization and customer satisfaction

  • Ensure CRM is up-to-date with notes regarding communication with customers

  • Complete frequent travel to customer sites

  • Engage in weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with the IC Team Manager and Regional Team Lead to enhance efficiency in communication and training

  • Any additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Work & skills requirements:

  • Bachelor?s Degree or Associate?s Degree in a computer-related science

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar software implementation or network & computer systems role

  • Strong understanding of business workflows and processes

  • Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in data manipulation, reformatting, and migration

  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills

  • High attention to detail regarding documentation and processes

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and changing schedules

  • Eagerness and enthusiasm to learn

  • Must be able to travel 25 - 50%

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% and move about the office up to 50% to access files, cupboards and the equipment storage room

  • Must be able to constantly operate a computer, phone, and other office productivity machinery

  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in all communication with customers

Helpful for success:

  • HTML experience a plus

  • SQL experience a plus

  • Experience with CRM Salesforce a plus

  • Proficient with Google Suite a plus

  • Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Operational knowledge of the services industry a plus
