Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) - Agency Development Customer Success Lead
Oracle Data Cloud is looking for a person to lead our Customer Success team.
Data Cloud’s Agency Development team is partnering with the world’s largest
agency groups to provide commercial agreements that enable core infrastructure,
adoption of our identity, data, software and measurement capabilities. As these
products are enabled we need to ensure adoption of the services to drive
role will report to the VP of Global Agencies and Consultancies and will build
a team focused on a Customer success program to enable long term revenue growth
across all agencies and Oracle Data Cloud’s suite of products.
Product Training : Develop a calendar of training
on OAP, DMP, Audience and measurement tools for each key agency partnership. Successfully
implement and drive revenue growth via use of Oracle Data Cloud product suite.
Field and ChannelCommunication Plan: Build
a communication GTM for the Global vertical and channel teams so that they are
equipped with an understanding of Oracle’s commercial relationship with each
agency and how best to leverage this to drive client revenue.
Product and Marketing enablement: Act as the interface for Agency
Development between the PM team and Product marketing to learn about all
launches and product positioning.
Skills & Qualifications
Data & AnalyticsExpertise: At least 10 years’
experience in the ad tech or advertising industry. An expert perspective on how
data is utilized across the planning, activation and measurement process of
marketers and agencies
Industry Expertise: A sound understanding of the goals,
challenges, of agencies and consultancies
Project Management: Ability to scope, prioritize, and manage numerous
workstreams, creating and maintaining accountability of all involved parties to
commit & deliver to specific deliverables & deadlines.
Relational Savvy: Works well in team efforts, building trust and respecting boundaries.
Reads situational dynamics and responds appropriately. Influences rather than
Optimistic Tenacity: Welcomes challenges and setback as

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).
Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
