The Role

The Main Responsibilities

  • Experience and deep knowledge of SAP systems (SAP Central Finance, BRIM, S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP BASIS Administration, SAP sizing, etc.).

  • Experience with large SAP migrations and upgrades with SAP High Availability Architectures

  • Require specialized experience in SAP software in different industries with an ability to talk across the entire solution portfolio

  • Proven ability to deliver results in a matrix organization (leveraging multiple functions and teams)

  • Experience leading or developing high quality, enterprise scale software products using a structured system development life cycle

  • The Solution Architect will closely work with the project manager, customer, and consultants to design and evaluate feasibility of proposed solutions in the context of project budget, risk and timelines.

  • Provides overall direction, guidance, and definition of IT architecture to effectively support the corporate business strategy for the following areas:

  • Business architecture which defines the business strategy, governance, organization, and key business processes of the organization

  • Applications architecture which will provide a blueprint for the individual systems to be deployed, the interactions between the application systems, and their relationships to the core business processes of the organization with the frameworks for services to be exposed as business functions for integration

  • Data architecture which describes the structure of an organizations logical and physical data assets and the associated data management resources

  • Technical architecture which describes the hardware, software, and network infrastructure needed to support the deployment of core, mission-critical applications

  • Identify workarounds and business process changes

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Must have S4 HANA experience

• Must have S4 HANA On Premise

• Good to have S4 HANA Cloud

• Agile methodology experience

• 15+ years of experience architecting complex SAP solutions across multiple industries

• Certification in SAP Technology is a plus

• Business experience across SCM, Accounting and Finance
