_About the Oracle Database Tools Technical Program Manager Intern Position:_Do you want to learn what technology is all about? Are you eager to apply your Product Management and technical skills to steer the direction and drive the implementation of the next generation of Oracle Database Tools products and solutions? Come work with the Oracle Database Tools team! The APEX team in the Oracle Database Tools group is looking for Technical Program Manager Intern. In this role, you will use your technical and leadership expertise, to run technical projects that are well-defined under supervision. You will work on scaling Einstein, a knowledge management tool launching across the enterprise.
You will facilitate broad collaboration with clear communications and documentation
You will work on gathering customer references and quotes of APEX, as well as go-to-market strategies and coordination of launches of new products and features for APEX and Einstein
_Required Skills and Experience:_US Veteran transitioning from active service or Military Spouse new to corporate experience preferred BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Project Management, Product Design or related experience preferred including assisting with:
1 year experience with development and implementing technical projects
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels
Analytical and solution-oriented background, with great people skills and structured problem solving capabilities
_Preferred Education and Experience:_BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Project Management, Product Design or related experience preferred including assisting with:
Technical background strongly preferred
Proficiency with Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle preferred
Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence preferred
