The Role

The Communications Analyst is a seasonal position that will help develop and maintain our integrated digital employee experience platforms and communications, including our company intranet, communication business tools and employee communications. This position will help deliver messages and programs that enable business results and engage employees.

This role works closely with many teams throughout the company to gather information and requirements, identify and recommend solutions and develop the best-fit approach. This will include communications strategy, developing messaging and writing.

The Communications Analyst must have excellent communication and project management skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong process acumen, have the ability to learn new technology quickly and help others.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Support the needs of the business by helping to create effective and engaging communications.

  • Support the roadmap to build an amazing employee digital experience platform that provides integrated business tools and communications for employees.

  • Assist in implementing best practices for the strategic direction of the employee digital experience.

  • Assist in continuing to develop the infrastructure and architecture of the intranet and communication tools for growth.

  • Assist in technical support for the intranet and communication tools, as well as train new contributors to ensure governance, compliance and accountability are adhered to.

  • Assist employees in finding information and necessary work tools on the intranet.

  • Assist with programs and projects, not limited to the corporate intranet, that arise across the Corporate Communications team, as needed.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Experience in communications or journalism. Role will focus mainly on employee communications, but social media or PR experience are a plus.

  • Experience in Microsoft O365 suite tools (SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, Forms, etc.)
