Scope of Position:

The Salvation Army is seeking individuals to be Kettle Workers. The Kettle Worker is responsible for ringing bells at assigned locations as part of The Salvation Army’s Christmas fundraising efforts. The Kettle Worker is the first point of public contact in the Christmas fundraising and must exhibit the highest standards of customer service. A Kettle Worker must greet and interact with the general public in a courteous and friendly manner. This is a temporary, full time, hourly position.


Position Qualifications:

 High school diploma or equivalent is required for all Intermountain Division positions

 Have a pleasant, outgoing personality

 Able to work flexible hours

 Dependable

 Safety conscious

 Excellent customer service

 Ability to follow instructions with limited supervision.

 Abide by all rules, regulations and instructions provided by the Kettle Coordinator and TSA.

 Neat, clean and tidy in all manners
