PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Directly perform buying assignments of varying complexities requiringexperience in assigned commodities and knowledge of purchasing policy andprocedures.Receive requisitions; analyze for quantity, specifications, drawings,and delivery requirements. Develop qualified sources, request pricing anddelivery, competitively select suppliers, document procurement action andplaceFollow-up with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules and key milestones areachieved.
