CTG has an immediate opening for an ECSM analyst for a 6 month position. Our client is looking to add an ECSM/ECSA to their team as they are lacking with their current support. This position is 100% remote. The client is in the Eastern time zone.

The Epic Client Systems Manager installs, configures, implements, maintains, and supports the Epic web and service server software to support the EHR. This person will work closely with all entities, both internally and externally including the EHR project team, clinical teams, clinical applications, and network services. The ECSM will be in charge of application deployment platforms that serve production, reporting, disaster recovery, training, and non-production needs. This person will be responsible for proactive monitoring and maintenance of all Epic Windows-based web and service server systems. Knowledge of file system maintenance, installation of monitoring tools, understanding performance metrics, and troubleshooting system and/or performance issues is required for a successful deployment and support of these environments

.o Analyze and fixes LWS and EPR build.

o Assists technical team by resolving issues in a timely manner

o Help ECSM team troubleshoot every day issues

o Help team plan for the go-live

o Identify workstations using the generic workstation record

o Consults with application teams with ECSM issues

o Lead ECSM team and delegated tasks

o Lead project to create new servers and move existing servers to the new servers

o Mentored and trained full time staff

Epic Client Systems Manager (ECSA) Certification •

Experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) and Windows Server

Experience in managing complex environments with strong knowledge of change, problem, and delivery management and familiarity with the software development life cycle.

Experience with Windows scripting

Experience with Windows application installation and configurations

Experience with Incident and Change Management Systems, hardware, programming languages, health care application systems, IIS, Windows Server systems and systems management1-3 years of experience and proficient skills within Information Services and solid knowledge of database, OS server systems, and Windows management systems is required. Experience in information systems and applications within a health care provider organization are highly desired.

Certification/Licensure/Registration: certification in Epic ECSA 102, ECSA 105, ECSA 110, ECSA 115 (Epic Print Service, Epic Relay Service, BCA components, Web Blob Service, Hyperspace Web, Interconnect, Care Everywhere, and System Pulse) is highly desired.

Windows or Citrix Experience and/or certification with a working knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) Administration is highly desired.

Experience with hardware or software load balancing solutions such as NetScaler, GSLB.

Knowledge of network protocols and functionality including TCP/IP, Active Directory, Domain Name Services, FTP/SCP, and HTTP.

Powershell/VBscript scripting experience preferred.

Excellent time and project management skills, customer service and interpersonal skills, system diagnostic and communication (written and oral) are critical for success in this position.

Analytical thinking for effective problem determination and the ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, while providing timely and responsive services are the keys to this position.
