The Jr. Ecommerce Operations Specialist position exists to support the operations of the ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate would be eager to learn about retail, product merchandising, working cross-functionally with other areas of the ministry, and keeping the constituent experience as the first priority.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Promotion Management – Plans, designs, and tracks results for relevant product promotions
Order Management - Ensures that orders process completely and correctly. Partners with Relationship Services to resolve issues and provide a world-class customer user experience
Catalog Management – Manages the set up and merchandising of all products on the Focus on the Family Store. Including product set up, configuration, meta data and attribute management
Inventory Management – Partners with distribution vendor and internal teams to ensure proper quantities are available for each product
Quality Control – Ensures that the store is functioning properly and displaying accurate information. Additionally, responsible for identifying issues, raising them to the development team, and testing bug fixes
Support Internal Marketing - Manages the integration of products into ministry emails and websites
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
Supports other departments’ needs in relation to product promotion
Performs other duties as assigned
Working Environment/Physical Requirements:
Office environment
Monday through Friday 8 to 5 schedule
Though rare, working on a weekend day may be required for urgent projects

Knowledge/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field
Proficient in Excel
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design tools preferred
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics preferred
Working knowledge of FOF mission, philosophy, values, and objectives
Retail experience preferred
Pay Range: $19.61 to $23.47/hr.
