Production/Assembler Job DescriptionJob Title: Production/AssemblerReports to: Colorado Branch Production ManagerSupervises: NoneFLSA Status: Entry Level/Hourly WorkerSUMMARY:Assembly of panel components as directed by Production Manager. Qualityoutput consistent with job specifications.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrates mechanical ability and aptitude. **Very Important** Willingness to learn on the job and take direction from supervisor. Get to work on time / stay focused on tasks required during 8hr shift. Ability to use hand tools. Ability to calculate simple measurements and layouts as directed. Ability to work in a group environment all day. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis. Demonstrates attention to detail and quality control standards. Supports the vision of the company. Ability to ask questions when directed and information as needed. Flexibility to work overtime if needed.OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:Performs all other duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily. Frequently required to stand for long periods oftime and use hands for production of products. Required to walk and reachwith hands and arms. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depthperception, and ability to adjust focus.WORK ENVIRONMENT:Facility work will include working with hand tools, work benches and storageareas for staging incoming materials and outgoing finished products.
