E3/Sentinel is looking for a Technical Intelligence Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency Intelligence Division (MDA/EII) by providing all-source intelligence on current and emerging threats provided by the IC for use by missile defense developers, operators, and MDA senior leadership. Candidates in this role can be expected to perform technical data analysis on intelligence received as well as produce and present technical data, briefings, reports, and assessments. Successful candidates will be required to execute extensive engineering/scientific support on systems, system elements, interfacing systems, components, devices and/or processes for complex developmental and operational weapon system programs, both independently and as part of a team. Develop and coordinate all MDA Technical Intelligence Engineering PRs with the specific IC Agency tasked to respond to the requirement
Provide engineering expertise in support requirements of the MDS elements (programs) to model all aspects of the threat to include CAD, trajectory, and signatures (Radar Cross Section (RCS), Infrared (IR) Hard Body (IRHB) and IR plume).
Research and gather technical intelligence for integration of data from intelligence documents and threat assessments into the MDA threat models to support tests and weapon development.
Develop and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of MDA Special Access Program (SAP) activities and provide required support to relevant MDA organizations in support of DEI and EII projects and taskings
Implements system engineering "V" processes across a program’s acquisition life cycle
Applies oral and written communication skills Provide cybersecurity recommendations and controls for software, hardware, and network development and integration teams
Degree: Masters Degree in relevant field (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, supporting intel engineering efforts within DoD or Intelligence Community (IC)
Top Secret clearance required
Knowledge of missile defense systems
Experience providing analysis of threat systems such as ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, hypersonic missile, weapons of mass destruction and cyber threats
