Job Description Job Number: R0044077Subcontract Administrator, LeadKey Role:Analyze, negotiate, and administer highly complex and relatively high-risksubcontracts for the firm, including ensuring compliance with vendor,cost, schedule, legal, and performance aspects. Select qualifiedsuppliers and manufacturers and develop new supply sources where vendors andsuppliers are inadequate. Solicit and evaluate proposals or quotations fromvendors and negotiate prices and terms to achieve optimum results for thefirm. Plan and conduct major contract negotiations. Prepare contractualdocuments and amendments.Basic Qualifications:-8+ years of experience in procurement and subcontract administration withcontractors supporting federal contracts-Experience with various types of contracts, including FFP, FFPLOE, CPFFTerm and LOE, T&M, and various IDIQ types-Experience with negotiating complex subcontract terms and conditions andnon-disclosure and teaming agreements successfully-Experience with government subcontract file documentation, CPSRrequirements, and the proposal process for federal acquisitions-Experience in a high-volume subcontract administration environment-Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FARs), GSA schedules,GWACs, and IDIQ vehicles-BA or BS degree or 12+ years of experience with subcontracts or contractsin lieu of a Bachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:-Ability to demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to perform as part of ateamWe're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color,religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin,disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-tofearlessly driESG1We are proud of our diverse environment.
