The ideal candidate will be responsible for
Provides training and instruction to support one or more SMD School training courses-(Tactical Space Operations Courses)
Develop lesson plans, training materials, and course content Conduct training secessions, demonstrations, and develop evaluation criteria
Provide technical subject matter expertise and knowledge related to Army space operations
Travel to conduct training as required

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of space related military experience as a Senior NCO or Field Grade Officer or a Bachelor’s Degree
-Experience in tactical Army Space operations including, but not limited to the following areas: Distributive Common Ground Station-Army (DCGS-A) space situational awareness applications, space analysis applications, satellite imagery applications, geospatial applications, DCGS-A multi-function workstation capabilities, DCGS-A server operation, and TTPs associated with delivery and integration of integrated space mission area products, planning tools, and space capabilities into military and civil operations (Defense Support of Civil Authorities)
• Understanding of Space Fundamentals
• Experience and understanding of military operations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Previous instructor-facilitator experience
• Ability to travel 50% or more
• Current Top Secret Clearance, SCI eligible

Desired Qualifications
MOSQ: 17E / 29E, FA40, Space 200, ASCBC, Space Operations Course, or other relevant space courses
Graduate of a military instructor training course (ITC/SGITC, FIFC, ABIC, AFBIC, etc.)
