The AP Leader manages a lean, agileteam that: * Works closely with the development chief engineer to define productevolution architecture, identify out-of-the-box thoughts, mature creativeideas, and develop concepts * Develops and maintains a long range transportation/technology roadmap * Works closely with the CEO to define a long range ULA Cislunar vision * Works with Business Development to identify and pursue new markets andcustomers * Represents ULA at global technology conferences * Defines and advances technology roadmaps to enable product evolutionYour Background: What education and experience you'll needAt least 8 years applicable experience in the associated technical oradministrative area, plus a minimum of 4 years of management or leadershipexperience in leading teams of exempt employees or other leaders.Your Background: What skills you'll need * Bacheloru0027s degree in an engineering related field * Management or leadership experience in leading teams of exemptemployees or other leaders * Knowledge and experience of engineering design, systemsengineering, analysis, test, and mission integration processes and tools * Knowledge of mission products and mission integration processes * Strong communication and leadership skills * Experience conducting system level trade studies and defining programrequirements * Familiarity and background with recurring launch system processes * Ability to obtain a SBI Security ClearanceAbout ULA: What makes us differentBecause we understand launch success comes through the collective efforts of ateam, we seek the best to join us.
