We provide both cloud andon-premises solutions.Job DescriptionIn this role you will provide technical support to customers during the pilotprocess, diagnoses and debugs problems and performs other analysis tasks asassigned.Works with the customer to understand deep business requirements as it relatesto MSI applications. Includes requirements documentation, implementation,verification, training and support.
