Sunrun Associate Systems Administrator in Denver, Colorado

You will work with diverse technologies with a team of Engineers responsible for the business applications and infrastructure. You will build tools and automation to eliminate manual operations and craft repeatable processes, thereby maintaining a highly available infrastructure.
You will be responsible for documenting your tickets and projects, along with crafting troubleshooting guides and establishing best operating practices.
You will work with internal business teams/stakeholders, and various technology departments to diagnose problems. Additionally, the Corporate Engineering team is responsible for performing changes to maintain the reliability of all business applications. This is a mix of engineering and operations role with strong customer focus for a US dispersed company.
Desktop and Server based OS installation and configuration
Creating troubleshooting documentation
Update support tickets within a Helpdesk System
Explaining systems to technical and non-technical clients/end users
Maintaining OS updates and security configurations
Qualifications: Required Skills
Ability to learn and willingness to take on more complex tasks
Ability to diligently create and maintain clear and concise documentation
Good customer and people skills with ability to effectively work through a variety of methods, including email, Microsoft Teams, telephone, and face to face
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities with ability to multitask
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to clearly relay technical data to non-technical individuals
Detail oriented with good follow-up and follow-through
Education & Soft Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree and/or relevant work experience
2 years or more experience providing end-user support and infrastructure systems management
Google Workspace - Proficiency with Google Drive, Mail, Meet, Chat
Microsoft Office – Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10, Office Suite and Office365
Organization skills are a must as you will have to handle multiple tickets at once
Ability to accept and follow guidance/mentoring
Ability to complete assigned tasks with limited supervision
Ability to clearly communicate ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
Ability to perform normal office duties
Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work assigned
Ability to interact and participate in meetings
