OfficeTeam is looking for a Client Support Associate for a leading company in the financial service industry. You will be delivering excellent service to their clients by handling complex and escalated issues from representatives and customers. Key work responsibilities will include: ? Provide support to clients in all aspects of the business (i.e. brokerage operations, advisory accounts, transfers, direct business, etc.). ? Use various systems associated with the Broker/Dealer to provide support to clients. ? Maintain minimum call handling requirements and utilize the CRM(Client Relationship Management) tool to accurately record each call. ? Work independently to assist callers. ? Participate in special projects as assigned. ? Assist with training on department processes and system navigation. This position is going to be staffed soon.
