You will be responsible for training and peopledevelopment, and utilization of a Lean management system. In this role,you will collaborate heavily with Senior leadership on resolving long-termLean programs for the organization, as well as teammates across the USRegions. This role can sit in any one of our US Regional office locations. Ifjoining a growing team to develop Lean transformations and make an impactglobally excites you, apply today!Here's how to do that:* Lead Lean efforts throughout US Region;s act as an agent for Lean culturechange including leading large scale transformations and driving processimprovement initiatives.* Create Toyota style Lean training curriculum and deliver both classroom andon the job education to leaders and teammates, including simulations andpractical applications.* Provide training and facilitating improvement exercises in remote workingsituations.* Influence cross-functionally without formal authority; mentor and coachexecutive leadership teams, peers and front-line leaders.* Collaborates on development of leadership as key enabler in buildingfoundation of lean environment.* Craft and execute plans for improvement projects with Lean principles andpractices; develop and lead project plans.* Communicates operational activities, status updates and return oninvestment to senior leadership.* Facilitates improvement activities, and is responsible for relatedplanning and follow-up work (VSMs, 5S, RIEs, Pilots/Experiments,A3 problem solving). Ensures sustainment through accurate pre-work planningand post-work follow-up.* Handles value stream analysis, including data collection and analytics.Collects data and supports data analysis. Prepares reports and assessmentsrelated to improvement opportunities.Tell us if you're ready.* Minimum 8 years of experience focused on Toyota-style Lean methodologies,Kaizen events, A3/problem solving processes, Hoshin/X-Matrix, TPIand Business Process Improvement methods, Standard Work, Lean DailyManagement, Leadership Standard Work, Growth Tools and other lean tools;Minimum 5 years in Lean leadership doer role.* Sophisticated level MS Office Suite, process modeling experience preferred.* Validated proficiency in strategy deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and businesspartner management* Collaborate with executive-level leaders on strategy deployment and X-Matriximplementation.* Proven track record of achieving breakthrough results through implementationof large-scale projects and value change.* Distinguished emotional intelligence and capability in building strongrelationships.* Concise and clear communication (oral and written).* Robust data analytics to problem solve and discover root cause analysis.* Advances teammate issues or concerns (i.e. hot spots) particular toimprovement work.* Ability to work independently with limited direction and ambiguity to driveimprovement work; Demonstrates strong level of initiative with self-starterapproach and ability to think strategically and innovatively.* Master's degree preferred.#LI-LGPeople FirstEach of us working at Prologis plays an essential role in the enduring successof our c
