Denver Health Enrollment Trainer in Denver, Colorado

Job Summary Under general supervision, develops, performs and evaluates new hire and ongoing training of Enrollment Staff. Performs Quality Assurance reviews of work performed in the Enrollment Department and provides ongoing support and assistance to department staff.

Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Typically, 2 years experience using the State’s Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills. Advanced knowledge of CBMS. Advanced knowledge of Medicaid/CHP+ policies and procedures. Demonstrated ability to prioritize work activities and work independently with general supervision of daily work activities. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Certificate/License/Registration: None. All Certifications and Licenses required for this job must be kept current as a condition of continued employment.
