U.S. Bank Escalation Managment in Denver, Colorado
U.S. Bank is seeking an ITIL Escalation Manager with service management methodology and process experience. The Escalation Manager is critical to the restoration of service for unplanned outages in the shortest time possible. This is done through effective outage call management and providing the right communication to the right people at the right time. Escalation Management is part of the Production Control Center (PCC) within the Technology and Operations Services organization. Reporting to the Escalation Management Leader, the Escalation Manager will participate in an on-call rotation providing 24x7 production support of major incidents.

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-ITIL Service Management Foundation certification
-At least 5 years experience with the processes, practices, disciplines and tools needed to ensure that IT services are provided as agreed between the customer and IT provider.
Working experience in:
-IT Service Management (including Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management)
-IT audit and control
- Experience working in a financial institution
-Fundamental knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Application development/support
-ServiceNow experience a plus
Extensive experience in:
-IT service management (ITSM)
-IT systems management
-IT incident management
