RobustWealth is looking for an Implementation & Training Specialist to join our growing company! You will be a dynamic and integral part of our Revenue team, leading advisors down the path to success with RobustWealth through the onboarding process. The Implementation & Training Specialist will provide critical support to new advisors by helping them configure our platforms to meet their needs

Some things you'll get to do:

• Set and achieve project objectives by managing schedules, scope, quality, risk, and project resources

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platforms and the product in order to work with new advisors on training and configurations

• Interact with advisor clients through the entire onboarding process, from post-sale to launch

• Develop and maintain content for the Help Center for use by both external clients and internal colleagues

• Develop an understanding of the financial technology industry to provide solutions to complex problems

Technical requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or similar, or equivalent work experience required

• At least one year of experience in financial services or a related industry in customer service, plan implementation, or training is required. At least three years of experience is preferred

• Solid understanding of MS Office Suite

• Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus

• Able to manage multiple fast-paced and complex tasks simultaneously with high degree of accuracy and urgency

Soft skill requirements

• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills along with ability to be assertive when needed to keep projects on task

• Ability to work independently or within a group setting

• Excellent team player

• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and flexible
