Principal Implementation & Training Specialist - RobustWealth in Denver, Colorado
RobustWealth is looking for an Implementation & Training Specialist to join our growing company! You will be a dynamic and integral part of our Revenue team, leading advisors down the path to success with RobustWealth through the onboarding process. The Implementation & Training Specialist will provide critical support to new advisors by helping them configure our platforms to meet their needs
Some things you'll get to do:
Set and achieve project objectives by managing schedules, scope, quality, risk, and project resources
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platforms and the product in order to work with new advisors on training and configurations
Interact with advisor clients through the entire onboarding process, from post-sale to launch
Develop and maintain content for the Help Center for use by both external clients and internal colleagues
Develop an understanding of the financial technology industry to provide solutions to complex problems

Technical requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or similar, or equivalent work experience required
At least one year of experience in financial services or a related industry in customer service, plan implementation, or training is required. At least three years of experience is preferred
Solid understanding of MS Office Suite
Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus
Able to manage multiple fast-paced and complex tasks simultaneously with high degree of accuracy and urgency
Soft skill requirements
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills along with ability to be assertive when needed to keep projects on task
Ability to work independently or within a group setting
Excellent team player
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and flexible
