Yourmission will be to design, develop, and support ArcGIS solutions for theintelligence community. If you want to do innovative workwith new and compelling challenges, join us!ResponsibilitiesBuild software components using a variety of programming languages (C#,.NET, WPF, Python, etc.) that follow industry-standard designpatterns, development methodologies, and deployment modelsDevelop excellent software that extends the capabilities of the ArcGISplatformSolve and articulate complex problems with application design,development, and user experiencesCreate and execute unit test plans and develop integration testsCollaborate with product engineers and developers throughout the developmentprocessStay up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practicesDiagnose and fix software problemsAct as a subject matter expert in the code, mentor team members, andcreate innovation for complex user interface problemsAssist in assessing product quality and release readiness includingdocumentationRequirements2+ years of software development experience building software components andapplicationsStrong Python skillsSuperior design and software engineering skillsExperience with writing testable softwareExperience with Agile and other software development methodologiesExcellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of acollaborative team in a fast-paced environmentEffective time management and organizational skillsBachelor's or master's in computer science, engineering, or relatedfield, depending on position levelRecommended QualificationsFamiliarity with Esri ArcGIS or other mapping technologiesFamiliarity with domain experience such as military, intel, and/ornational securityThe CompanyOur passion for improving quality of life through geography is at the heart ofeverything we do.
