NYSE: AMCR; ASX: AMC Job SummaryBlowmold Machine Operator employees are responsible for the operation ofmultiple blow molding machines and vision systems using written workinstructions and computer interface. Requires a general understanding ofoverall manufacturing process and the ability to understand and follow basicgood manufacturing practices. Qualified candidates are responsible forstarting and maintaining Blowmold Machine Operation with a complete andoverall understanding in the assigned area of responsibility.Reporting RelationshipProduction Shift LeadSpecific Responsibilities / Essential Functions1. Responsible for ensuring that all machines within the scope ofresponsibility are kept running and producing quality bottles while insuringthe least amount of down-time possible. This includes communicating problemsto on-coming shift personnel.2. Responsible for completing all mold changes and set-ups. Minor maintenanceactivities are required.3. Demonstrate organizational ability to complete daily clean-upassignments, and adequately maintain good housekeeping throughout the entirearea of responsibility.4. Directly responsible for the proper support to Injection Machine Operatorsand all other team members to ensure a positive team environment.5. Checks and monitors quality on all assigned machines by understanding andrecognizing all visual quality defects and how to make appropriate adjustmentsto correct quality defects.6. Maintains all required documentation of quality checks and testing,process checks, downtime, housekeeping and data entry.7. Displays a full understanding and working knowledge of all relatedsoftware and other equipment required for efficient production of qualityproduct.8. Follows all established safety rules and guidelines as outlined in theAmcor "No Injuries Safety Contract" and as trained. Understands andcommunicates all hazards and safety issues to co-workers and Supervisors.Properly uses all required personal protective equipment.9. Performs other related duties as directed by the Production Supervisor orLead. 10. Product Safety regarding cleanliness and notification of any observationsthat may create a product safety Risk to our customers. 11. Immediately report any unsafe acts, conditions or accidents in theirdepartments. 12.
