KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Storage Operations to join our Digital Business Transformation organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a server run team in support of the administration, maintenance, configuration, and ongoing support of server infrastructure hosting Enterprise Applications

  • Resolve complex enterprise system hardware and software problems; collaborate with peer teams and vendors to coordinate solutions

  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures

  • Interface with business clients and technology staff to implement solutions that meet business needs and addresses impact of new or revised applications on existing infrastructure including the installation and testing of new enterprise system software and hardware releases.

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of new hardware and software developments; evaluate alternative approaches and recommend new software or modifications to enhance operations and development activities

  • Understand, support and contribute to the improvement of the Windows server environments and strategies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in supporting various enterprise class solutions and services including Windows server administration and security issue remediation

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Allocate SAN storage to UNIX, VMware, and Windows systems via redundant switches with the appropriate zoning and LUN masking

  • Migrate data between storage frames and storage tiers via host or storage controller-based software

  • Effectively apply problem management procedures towards quick and effective problem resolution, fulfilling all appropriate post-incident documentation in a timely manner

  • US Citizenship required
