Better starts and ends with the customer
In this highly detail-oriented position, you’ll play a critical role ensuring that the Account Payout Network delivers high-quality services to our customers through leadership within the Agile delivery teams to build and execute the testing of each release. In addition, you’ll also be establishing documentation and process strategies to ensure that proper communication on new services is delivered. You’ll also be making sure that service quality and support objectives are consistent with the strategic goals and standards for our Account Payout Network (APN) group. You will work hand in hand with Product Owners and scrum teams as well as cross-functionally to enhance service quality, ensure compliance with operating standards, and provide training to optimize service delivery and business growth.
Ideally, you’ll have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS or business and 4 years’ experience with consumer applications on web and mobile platforms. In addition, you’ll have 2+ years of experience as either a product owner, business analyst or product test person. You have also led product test teams in mobile and web technologies and UX. You also have very strong agile experience and have utilized that process when leading product test teams. PO certification is a plus! You are equally strong working independent, or communicating with various agile teams. You thrive working with details such as breaking down requirements into test cases, grooming and elaboration of stories, and you are able to train other folks on these.
