Communicates with Sales representatives to gather customer and project information
Triages project queue via Salesforce to ensure all information is populated and preparing for assignment
Communicates with customers to introduce project resources and/or request additional information regarding their upcoming project
Runs and prepares reports and manages dashboards within Salesforce and Excel for management review on metrics and resource allocation
Manages Tasks within Salesforce and supports team on inputting tickets, gathering information
Basic document creation, editing and formatting regarding Statements of Work and Project Plans
Manages various Outlook mailboxes to communicate with customers and vendors
Assists project resources regarding customer project work (updating branding, creating forms, configuring settings within a customer’s platform, setting up features, testing, etc)
Conducts activation duties for products like TextRecruit, working closely with customer resources to ensure understanding of product
Manages the Professional Services Sharepoint site by loading documents and performing QA
Works closely with management on departmental projects, including managing Partner activities as needed
Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with iCIMS’ policies, procedures, and core competencies

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

High level of proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System highly desirable
Ability to work in a team atmosphere
Previous experience working for a software or technology company a plus
Strong results orientation
Excellent organizational and typing skills with strong attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits
Target Total Compensation - $31,300-$41,700
