They come to cultivateJob Overview:As a Professional Services Consultant, you will play a technical role in thesuccessful installation, integration and deployment of Customer Identity andAccess solutions in our clients' environments and assisting ourimplementation partners in that process as well. You will report to the SeniorManager of Professional Services. This job is remote-friendly.You will:Be an expert on PingDirectory, PingDirectory Proxy, PingDirectory DataSyncand Ping Identity Cloud IAM offerings for our customers and partners.Evaluate client business, process, systems, and technology requirementsand advise clients on best practices to help guide and solidify proposeddesignConsult with clients to assess current problem states, establish desiredfuture states, and make solution recommendations.Participate in the detailed solution design, implementation and delivery ofPing Identity IAM product solutions to our clients.Work with customer to install and deploy solutions into production to meet thecustomer's requirements.Create customer level documentation specific to the deployment of PingIdentity IAM products for the customer.Provide training courses to both customers and partners on the Ping IdentityIAM product set.Develop and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate PingIdentity implementation partners.Work with Ping Identity support to help provide daily support of customers.Create knowledge articles around the PingFederate/PingAccess/PingIDproducts for use with customers and partners.Required Skills:5-7+ years experience developing identity management strategies,architecture, and implementations.Expert knowledge of Identity Management, Access Management, and DirectoryServices technologies including LDAPv3, SQL technologies.Experience using web APIs (SOAP, XML, REST, JSON, SCIM).Experience with JavaScript, Regular Expressions, HTML, and CSS tosupport web application developmentBachelor of Science in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, ElectricalEngineering or Information Systems) or equivalent work related level ofexperience.Our Benefits:Open PTOParental LeaveFree Healthcare Option401(k) MatchGenerous Holiday ScheduleCommuter OffsetEducation ReimbursementPing Identity is an equal opportunity employer.
