PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe purpose of this job is to perform maintenance and repair services oncustomer-ownedinstruments and to assist in maintenance of specific store inventory,continually building andincreasing the business through great customer experience and quality work.RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIESInteract with customers, ensuring a positive customer experienceService customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanshipMaintain store owned gear, as requestedComplete warranty repair workAdditional duties as assignedMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & SPECIAL ATTRIBUTESHigh School Diploma or GED requiredEntry level; zero years of relevant work experience requiredCollaboration: Able to develop cooperation and teamwork while participatingin a group, working toward solutions which generally benefit all involvedparties.
