Perform duties as customer representative on behalf of client to provide multi-disciplinary support to various customers in a continuity based mission; advise Government representatives on continuity-related matters. This position is also expected to perform/oversee facility-related duties as onsite manager at customer location to assure mission readiness.
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
Perform duties as customer representative on behalf of client to provide multi-disciplinary support to various customers in a continuity based mission; advise Government representatives on continuity-related matters.
Perform/oversee facility-related duties as onsite manager at customer location to assure mission readiness.
Interact with multiple Subject Matter Experts to ensure customer requirements are achieved as closely as possible to defined terms in support agreements.
Draft, coordinate and maintain various documents for government review including, but not limited to support agreements, funding memorandums, location agreements, etc.
Develop annual fiscal plan and monitor customer budget to ensure appropriate funding execution.
Develop and maintain an annual customer schedule; update that schedule on a weekly basis IAW client requirements.
Assemble briefings/talking points/etc. for meetings at various levels regarding critical infrastructure protection, mission assurance, defense support to civil authorities and other areas associated with continuity.
Be comfortable in presenting oral presentations to high-level government leaders.
Demonstrate high-level writing skills for after-action and trip reports, meeting minutes, and other written products.
Interact with site owners/hosts to evaluate mission essential infrastructure and local mission and life support resources; perform recurring surveys to validate operational status and continued mission feasibility.
Obtain photos, facility layouts, building floor plans, and other relevant materials for incorporation into products.
Document and maintain survey data, develop and deliver products, and provide implementation recommendations to various users.
Schedule and conduct periodic requirements reviews with assigned customer(s).
Provide periodic training and exercise support to assigned customer(s).
Possess high proficiency with all Microsoft Office products and a willingness to become proficient with various mapping software and tools.
