Join us in creating a human-centric development practice in theInnovation Advisory Global Specialty Practice team, where you'll workdirectly with customers to help them be customer-obsessed, collaborativelycraft a Minimum Lovable Product (MLP), and build prototypes usinghuman-centric design as a guide.As a Senior Design Technologist, your role will be to practice,establish, and optimize human-centric practices while developing customerprototypes in a fast-paced environment. You'll be expected to be a thoughtleader within AWS Professional Services, to mentor designers from ourcustomers and partners. As a Global Specialty Practice Member, you willcreate content and develop product prototypes that geo-consultants willdeliver. Using human-centric thinking, you'll continue gathering customerdata on the effectiveness of the content and make adjustments as necessary.You'll lead the effort with stakeholders, team members, and users indefining, tracking, experimenting, and reporting key user experiencemetrics to monitor and measure user satisfaction.You'll lead the team in gathering, organizing, and reviewing userfeedback on the outputs of our workshops to drive prototypes, build designlanguages, and craft early products. You'll instruct product management,development, and peer design teams as well as executive leadership in how tobest to interpret customer feedback.A Senior Design Technologist within the Innovation Lab collaboratively applieshuman-centric design throughout the product development lifecycle with UX/CXdesigners, product managers, and executives. You'll deliver tangiblesolutions using lean principles, iterative agile development across amulti-functional team utilizing technical concepts such as microservices inthe cloud centered around human-centric development concepts with the abilityto define and refine scope.We are looking for passionate, hard-working, and talented designers withhand-on development (or willing to learn). Not only will you collaborateon designing the MLP, but you'll help architect an entire solution throughprototyping. We're definitely lookingfor yKey responsibilities* Ability to work in a changing environment* Work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team* Identify assumptions and propose experiments to run with users, includingidentifying key metrics.* Analyze customer business goals and create possible solutions to meet thecustomer's desires and provide the best user experience.* Understand Human Centric Design practices or willing to learn* Ability to craft journey maps and wireframes and work with them throughimplementation.* Ability to rapidly build and iterate on prototypes product designs in visualtools and code* Ability to communicate rationale behind choices centered around the designdecisions.* Assist in designing prototypes around a solution* Work with HC designers, project managers, customers, stakeholders,users, UI, and DevOps roles.* Ability to identify user interface trends and help design UI flow, visualinterface, and interaction flow of new products/services* Ability to do visual design preferred* Experience with Product Development/Design* Engage with backlog breakdowns, participate in the end-to-end design p
