Senior Systems Manager
ESPIRE Dental?s Senior Systems Manager is a motivated technical specialist with experience in full technology stack. Experience with Windows Dell server and endpoint-based environments running on Cisco networks with Watchguard firewalls. Responsible for project work, incident resolution and end user support. Strong customer focus on user experience requiring a patient yet steadfast approach to project completion and ticket request resolution. M-F business day shift with occasional weekend and / or evenings as needed. Strong potential to build and lead future IT department for our rapidly growing company.

Build outstanding relationships with patients, Espire team members and insurance providers.
Work directly with practice business leaders, front office teams the business support center teams on a day to day basis to help drive growth and operational excellence.
Build, deploy and support server, networking and end user infrastructure. Windows LDAP environment across 6 different offices (with more coming in the future [grow with the company pitch?])
Cisco PoE managed switches, wireless networks and Watchguard firewalls
End user support problem resolution
Create and maintain documentation of IT resources and systems
Supports computer and communications resources on site and remotely
HIPAA and PCI compliance experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong end user customer service skills and the ability to work with different technical and non-technical teams and disciplines as well as independently.

Accomplished exceptional results as a business analyst, medical/dental office professional or health care administration specialist. 6-8 years of experience with servers, storage, PC?s, laptops, networking hardware, OS, MS Office 365 Suite, Exchange 365, Active Directory, Information Security (web/email/etc...)
2 or more years of experience with the following:
Mobile devices and technology
Backup process and solutions
Antivirus, zero day and malware cloud solution platforms
HIPAA and/or PCI compliance
Optimal candidate will also have the following:
Experience working with dental practices or other medical disciplines
Experience with Dentrix Ascend software
Asset inventory and management
Writing policies and procedures
Watchguard firewall management
Vendor oversight and management
Demonstrated excellent business and financial acumen.
Created amazing customer service experiences.
Earned the respect of colleagues and supervisors.
Physical demands and work environment
