Acara Solutions Solutions Support Associate in Denver, Colorado
Acara is currently in need of Solutions Support Associate who will becomecertified to provide customer training and network implementation on a'family' of office products for one of our clients. They will achievecustomer satisfaction objectives by performing networking services andprofessionally delivering standardized training curriculum to the officeproduct customers on an as needed basis. This is a part time position withhours varying from 0 to 40 on a weekly basis, great flexibility, as wellas local travel (more than 50% of the time). Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Provide customer training on office copying/printing products usingstandardized lesson plans and curriculumSuccessfully configure scanning features, print drivers, etc... tocustomer's networkAdapt training to meet customer's requirementsContact customers within 24 hours of receiving assignment to schedule trainingDocument and report all time and expenses related to the delivery of trainingon a weekly basisRequired Skills / Qualifications:At minimum 1 year experience with Internet, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint,Outlook and ExcelAt minimum 1 year Teaching or Training Experience with interacting with othersin small groupsPreferred Skills / Qualifications:Time management skills and ability to work independently1 year experience with Networks and Network ProtocolsGood Driving RecordReliable transportation2 years technical Sales support and/or industry experience desirable, butnot requiredIndividuals pursuing Education or Technology degrees or certificates would beacceptableCapable of instructing individuals on the use of basic officecopier/printing equipment using standardized lesson plans and curriculumprovidedA friendly, personable and professional demeanorValid Driver's License and insuranceAleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, BroadleafResults, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct, and Aleron'sstrategic partner, SDI) are Equal Employment Opportunity and AffirmativeAction Employers.
