Sunrun Sr. Project Operations Representative in Denver, Colorado

Overview

The Senior Project Operations Representative reports directly to the Project Operations Supervisor and is responsible for the daily management of several email aliases and the processes that are associated with them. They are responsible for processing cancellations, filings and meter registrations. In addition to the normal day to day responsibilities related to the three inboxes, this position will be required to identify opportunities for process and policy improvements. They will also be expected to develop and execute projects related to these opportunities.

The Sr. Project Operations Representative interacts regularly with many different stakeholders across many different teams. Common stakeholders that this position will work with include the PC team, Customer Care, Installation Coordinators, and Sales. This position will work in a small team but will be doing independent work for the majority of the work week. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate clearly, and maximize efficiency of internal operations by performing the essential job duties and responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do as part of our team:

  • Manage Cancellations Inbox (Includes creating ARC cases for cancellations, processing RTI requests, expediting cancellations, initiating and troubleshooting deposit refund issues with Accounting/Cash App).

  • Max Age List Creation and Max Age Extension Requests.

  • Manage Meter Registration email alias (Includes troubleshooting with partners, fixing errors, and identifying trends so that we can address as needed or escalate to the PPM team).

  • Send UCC and NOIEPC One-off Removal List to Lease Dimensions and dataload to update Salesforce.

  • Compile and send out bi-weekly initial County filings list.

  • Help train Specialists in Filings and other tasks as needed.

  • Maintain training and reference documentation for Cancellations, Filings, and Meter Registration.

  • Other tasks as needed.

And here are the skills & experience you will need to be successful:

  • Four year college degree and/or equivalent work experience

  • Possess a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills

  • Good analytical and structured problem-solving skills

  • Strong understanding of Excel and SFDC Reporting (ability to index match across datasets to combine multiple reports)

  • Understanding of G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to work independently

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform normal office duties

  • Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work

  • Ability to interact and participate in meetings
