For this opening we will consider candidates from the following locations:LONGMONT,CO,US | Joplin,MO,US;Mobile,AL,USThe core focus of this position will be responsible for troubleshooting andproviding customer technical support for assigned products and services;troubleshoot and resolve common service requests pertaining to assignedproducts; may troubleshoot and resolve more difficult service requestspertaining to assigned products by enlisting appropriate resources; respondto pages in a timely manner during assigned shift; evaluate customeroperations and recommend development of new product features, ensuringcontinuous quality and customer service.Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Responsible for performing a variety of technical support functions forclients either over the phone or through emailProvide application support for services or systems to clients and internaldepartments as necessary ensuring that all problems within scope ofresponsibility are brought to resolution in a timely mannerProvide support during the data integration process by migrating data fromvarious client information systemsTroubleshoot a variety of issues (e.g. non-functioning or faulty dataloads, common service requests pertaining to assigned products, etc.)ensuring issues within scope of responsibility are resolved in a timely mannerRespond to after-hours customer service requests as neededRelay customer feedback and feature requests to internal departments (e.g.product management, etc.)Willing to work after hours / weekends on a rotational basisOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree preferredKnowledge and SkillsMinimum one-year experience in customer service, telephony, or productsupport requiredStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsCustomer focused mindsetExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenHiring pay range is $15.50 to $17.00 per hour and will be dependent onexperience, education, skills and abilities of the applicant.
