Cornerstone OnDemand, one of the fastest growing SAAS companies in the country as well as the #1 midsize company to work for in LA (Glassdoor) has an outstanding opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join its Talent Acquisition Team. The successful candidate will be a vital part of our growth and mission identify and inspire new Cornerstars around the world to join our team and realize their potential This role will be a valued partner to our global Talent Acquisition team and will lead in the execution of searches and search strategy within various business units globally. In this role you will leverage a range of sourcing tactics, strategies and new ideas to build and develop a talent pipeline from which our talent acquisition team can convert into Cornerstars.

In this role you will…

  • Research and develop market maps based on markets of need

  • Create and execute search strategies according to market data that will attract the best and brightest talent Generate candidate names and profiles;

  • Build targeted sourcing plans and strategies in order to identify appropriate skill sets to meet current and future resource demands.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on intake meetings and calibrate candidates with hiring managers.

  • Develop prospects into candidates. Engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview.

  • Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the Talent Acquisition team sharing new information about industries and talent pools or profile types.

  • Creatively source for talent, using various tools such as cold calling, LinkedIn, job boards, search engines, social media, resume databases, etc. to generate high volume/ high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.

  • Identify associations, organizations, etc. for diversity recruitment; creates and maintain adverse talent pool.

  • Provide and meet weekly/bi-weekly to review activity reports to Talent Acquisition partners.

  • Participate in additional team projects which include goal setting, process improvement, sharing best practices, new and other creative ideas for employment branding.

  • Work with TA Manager to identify KPIs for success, monitor and track these key metrics to measure sourcing activity, efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Complete initial screening interview of potential candidates and reject non-relevant applications.

  • Interact with potential candidates in various mediums from social media, email, networking groups and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, Naukri and others)

  • Craft and send effective recruiting emails

  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

You’ve got what it takes if you have……

  • 5+ years of sourcing / recruiting / talent acquisition experience gained from working within a staffing agency or professional services environment.

  • 2+ years’ experience in software/technology recruitment and sourcing

  • Experience in sourcing for a variety of roles from technology to sales

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Prior experience in a research capacity for candidate generation.

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms, networking and crafting Boolean search strings)
