Lewan Technology, A XeroxCompany, is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our growing ContinuityOperations Response support team.Responsibilities:As a Lewan Technical Coordinator, you will be a phone support staff memberfor commercial accounts. You will provide level one support for the gambit ofWindows desktop, Windows server, Cisco, VMWare, Barracuda, and otherpopular technologies implemented by today's businesses. We are seekingsomeone with a strong technical acumen, and exceptional customer serviceskills, who is capable of providing clients confidence in thetroubleshooting process.
