Kforce Technical Project Manager in Denver, Colorado

Kforce has a client in search of a Technical Project Manager in Greenwood Village, CO.Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Platform Quality Roadmap: Owning & executing the quality roadmap with matrixed cross-functional support (data engineers, insights engineers, OMNI teams)

  • Quality composite score lifecycle: Defining and executing the quality composite score lifecycle & roadmap, working cross-functionally with product, data science, and development, to define, enable the measurement of, and expose key performance indicators across the platform

  • Quality Backlog: Building, managing, monitoring, and improving a platform-specific quality backlog, spanning full-stack development & owning issues as the cross-functional driver

  • Ad-hoc support: Performing analysis with home-grown tooling to investigate issues spanning data integrity, customer complaints, or software defects

  • Scoring operationalization: Run bi-weekly quality meetings; Daily & weekly quality report management; Serve as platform lead in quality steering committee meetings with key stakeholders

  • Executive reporting preparation & presentation of platform-specific initiatives

  • Coordinate with Support on customer issue triage and known issue management

  • Software development experience - web & or mobile (Java, Typescript, JSON, XML, REST); Experience as Developer, SM, BA, Dev lead, or PO role, with ownership over domain: 3-4 years

  • Customer Experience - systems for measurement & monitoring: 3-4 years

  • Data & analytics experience (tagging, ETL, reporting & visualization); SQL, HQL, MySQL, Splunk, Tableau, Kibana: 1-2 years

  • Version control systems experience (Git and Atlassian suite): 1-2 years

  • Intermediate foundation in data structures, algorithms, and OO Design

  • Knowledge of SQL

  • Intermediate understanding end to end software and related development technologies

  • Intermediate understanding of best practices in cloud-based platforms & services

  • Intermediate knowledge of Agile development methodologies

  • Ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously

  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
