Intercall, Inc. Technical Service Supervisor - Enterprise in Denver, Colorado

For this opening we will consider candidates from the following locations:LONGMONT,CO,US |The Enterprise Technical Service Supervisor will supervise quality technicalservices at multiple sites. Will manage the staff, distribute workload,and monitor technical activities to ensure compliance and standards are metfor applications, capabilities product development tools, industry trendsand methodologies. Will also track service desk requests providing computersoftware /hardware system support and monitor service queue.Essential Duties: Supervise daily activities of assigned staff in providing qualitytechnical services while adhering to established policies and proceduresDelegate and distribute workload to ensure proper staffing resourcesMonitor technical activities to ensure consistency in methods and procedureEscalate resource issues to management and follow through for completionPartner with business units to develop technical services that are alignedwith business needs.Keep up to date on internal applications and capabilities, new products,development tools, industry trends, and methodologies to provide qualitycustomer serviceMonitor and analyze negative impacts resulting from system or networkimplementations, ensuring resources are balanced.Assist in the evaluation and use of new technology and methods that willadvance efficiency and effectiveness of technical services.Provide technical expertis e, as needed, to the incident response teamduring the investigation of system related security incidentsProvide direction to assigned staff responsible for logging service deskrequests providing computer software/hardware system support (e.g.,ticket queue,E-mail, phone, etc.) and working service requests tomultiple business unitsHave regular communications with business units toensure technicians are working to resolve outstanding issuesMonitor service queue to make certain team is achieving goalsCompensationCompensation will be commensurate with experience. Equivalent workexperience in a similar position may be substituted for educationalrequirementExperienceMinimum three years increasingly responsible experience in informationtechnology orinformation services support requiredMinimum one year supervisory or lead experience preferred TechnicalMinimum three years' experience with desktop environment, Windowsnetwork, Windows OS, network topology, management systems, technicalsupport methodologies, servers, and required.Minimum one-year experience with Voice over IP (VoIP), networkcabling, telephony and network hardware preferred.Minimum one-two years' experience of troubleshooting Apple hardware, OS,technical support methodologies,Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
