Elevated Third User Experience Coordinator in Denver, Colorado

Elevated Third is a thriving, 40 person digital agency located in the heart of downtown Denver. We don?t have any ninjas or rock stars working here. While we appreciate the passion and dedication that go into those vocations, we?ve found that throwing stars and lightning fast arpeggios are not the skills we need to turn out great B2B digital work.

As a high-performing generalist, the User Experience Coordinator?s mission is to support and work through project strategies and ensure each project/site finishes as strong as it began. Client communication will be key. The User Experience Coordinator will help ensure that high-level strategies, UX decisions, and front-end experiences are carried through to the end of implementation. This person should be able to bridge the gap between our internal UX/development work with the client?s site admin decisions in order to ensure a successful end-product.


  • Own the content entry process with clients to ensure the overall strategy follows through when clients/writers start getting into the site.

  • Run crawls & conduct content audits to form accurate migration plans & estimates

  • Help clients perform content audits

  • Work with the account manager to manage clients and/or migration teams as they implement the migration plan

  • Deliver engaging and educational content training sessions to coach content teams through implementing content on a site pre-launch

  • Facilitate working sessions to aid clients with implementation tasks. Knowing when to push back on clients, knowing when to fight (and when to let go).

  • UX support for larger projects in progress, as well as internal marketing and existing, ongoing clients. This may include layouts, user flows, analytics, testing, etc.

  • Assist strategy team with documentation of content types, taxonomies, field-mapping, and or content requirements where needed

  • QAT process - Helping with the QAT process across project teams. Find ways to improve on existing methods working with people and processes, specifically with our new partner agency process.


  • 0-2 years of UX/content strategy/IA experience

  • A basic understanding of UX design is necessary

  • Detail Oriented: A borderline obsession with quality, details, and execution?without sacrificing budget. Ability to problem-solve for unique implementation scenarios and bring energy while doing so.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with complex applications and content-heavy websites

  • Agency experience is preferred. The ability to juggle multiple clients/projects of varying size and technical capabilities is critical.

    *If you are based in Colorado, the salary range for this position is $45-55k based on experience
