DITA XML Content Strategist
is based in Englewood, CO but will be able to telecommute as business approves.”
Define content structure, metadata, content reuse planning, taxonomy, and other content relationships.
Ensure the timely delivery of content delivery enhancements, such as dynamic publishing, and technical content that create business value for both internal and external customers.
Support a continuous delivery model while also ensuring quality, content structure, version control, and publishing strategies that support multiple deliverables, languages, and formats.
Develops concepts and proposals for new content management delivery systems, processes and technological advances.
Identifies and document new or improved content and information management capabilities. Provides guidance on message development content, strategy and tools.
Identifies and recommends high-level communication solutions and key message strategies.
Advises on requirements for major projects. Consults on levels of quality assurance, emerging trends and technology in the writing industry.
Develops or modifies existing configuration management systems and processes.
Identify opportunities and develop solutions to improve the efficiency of content lifecycle processes through automation.
Assist writing teams in troubleshooting and resolving authoring system and content build issues.
Stay abreast of industry trends and continuously improve your technical skills.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in implementing and supporting DITA XML infrastructure
3+ years’ experience building stakeholder and customer relationships
3+ years working in a software Scaled Agile environment

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
