The primary responsibility of the Application Support Administrator is to act as a liaison between the business and technicalresources by ensuring the availability of applications for internal and external users. The Application Support Administratorwill demonstrate an elevated level of responsibility and consistency by contributing not only to the timely response andclosure of incidents received via ticketing system, but by working to identify functionality to empower the users. Isexpected to work on IT tasks related to Project Change Requests as well as releases to install, configure, troubleshoot, andmaintain applications in development. Is expected to be able to extract data, format and run reports, or perform specificanalytical functions using application at an expert level.

Seeking qualifications in the following:

  • Experience with Lawson V10 including installation of CTPs, MSPs, ESPs, Websphere and Web components and troubleshooting. Also experience supporting installation of updates to products including LBI reporting, MSCM, RQC, BSI, ESS, Punchout, LSF Security, LII, and IPAs as well as troubleshooting.

  • Experience with Landmark V11 including Landmark system administration including IPAs, GRID, InforOS, IBI, Landmark Security including GHR Security, CU upgrades, data migrations including security and configuration console and troubleshooting as well as performance tuning.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

4-8 years of experience in providing technical and application support required• Demonstrated experience in customer service• Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products• Ability to partner with application administrators and business partners to identify impacts and resolutions• Ability to understand database systems, integration, design and reporting functionality• Knowledge of healthcare operations preferred• Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills
