At theGlobal Broadband Operations organization, our mission is to provideexceptional customer service using world class processes, tools,visibility, and communications so that customers around the world trustViasat services to work reliably. As a Software Engineer on the GBO team,you will create and develop software solutions and platforms that scale withViasat's growth as a global ISP. You will be identifying issues and commonpatterns to improve the quality of service to Viasat's customers. You willengage with state-of-the-art anomaly detection systems to reduce our time todetect network issues. Our Software Engineers interact with data-drivenworkflow engines to identify opportunities for improvement and designsolutions to improve critical network communications across our DevOpscommunity.
