Good Sam is now hiring a Support Services Representative to be based in our Englewood, CO corporate office. The Support Services Representative will perform a variety of duties within the Support Services Team for internal clients including: Order Processing, Data Entry, Printing, Lettershop, Warehouse, Inventory and other responsibilities.

Job Duties:

Order Processing

  • Using computers and computer systems to perform data entry services and verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.

  • Obtain customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased.

  • Receive and respond to customer complaints and provide support to internal customers to troubleshoot account errors, update customer profiles.

  • Performing Administrative Activities - Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.

  • Processing Information - Compile, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.

Print

  • Cross Train to back up Digital Press Operator - Prior experience in a digital printshop environment -- Specific use of Xerox Colorpress

  • Receive information from a computer and reproduce information into a paper format that satisfies a variety of customer specifications.

  • Prepess -- Use software, including Adobe In Design, Xerox Freeflow, XMPie, to adjust image positions via software or make equipment adjustments as needed per client's needs.

  • Maintain accurate Production records

Administrative/Other Duties

  • Perform courier duties as assigned to Post Office for daily mail pick up.

  • Submits presort first class and standard mailings to USPS Bulk Mail desk

  • Accurately processes letters and parcels fo U.S. Postal Mail, FedEx and UPS

  • Print internal reports, customer statements and other documents.

  • Provide tracing support for shipments and lost mail as needed.

  • Fulfill and ship a variety of membership orders for internal clients.

  • Cross-train to support all work duties to cover absences by other team members

  • Create, maintain and file various records for reporting and benchmarking

  • Support the training of new staff members

  • Support department statistical reporting by collecting and data entering daily metrics into spreadsheets

  • Monitor facility and department supply inventories

  • Cross-train to support all work duties to cover absences by other team members

Qualification Requirements.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2-3 experience in a related Printshop or Office Services environment.

  • Knowledge of PC software Oracle, MS Office Applications (Adobe In Design, Xerox Freeflow, XMPie a plus)

  • Basic Math Skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be detail oriented.

  • Able to operate various department mail processing and office equipment

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Willingness to accept additional tasks, duties and direction
